Email Marketing ManagerWe're seeking an experienced Email/SMS Marketing Strategist to work with D2C eCommerce clients. As an email marketing specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of talented digital marketers to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns from research, content creation, to dissemination. This is a remote position.As our ideal candidate, you will bring a wealth of experience and creativity to the role. You will be responsible for strategizing, developing and executing email marketing campaigns that are effective, engaging, and memorable. You'll work collaboratively with your coworkers across departments to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed expectations, and that our clients' offerings get maximum uptake.To be successful in this role, you should be able to craft accessible, engaging, and compelling texts that capture the reader's attention. You'll have experience with Klavyio and other email marketing platforms and stay up-to-date on new technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features.Responsibilities:Develop and implement email and SMS marketing strategies to achieve client goals and objectivesConduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and create customer segments for campaignsCreate engaging and effective email and SMS content that aligns with client brand messaging and voiceCollaborate with designers to develop visually appealing email templates and graphicsMonitor and analyze email and SMS campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsUse customer data and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and revenue generationStay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging email and SMS marketing technologiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectationsSkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email and SMS copyExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with email marketing automation platforms, such as KlaviyoFamiliarity with SMS marketing platforms and tacticsAbility to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing strategiesUnderstanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and industry trendsCreativity and innovation in developing new email and SMS campaign ideasQualifications5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketingExperience with Klaviyo or other email marketing automation platformsStrong knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices and strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsAbility to work independently in a remote environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
