Emails & Event Marketing Specialist (interim) Join to apply for the Emails & Event Marketing Specialist (interim) role at Training Orchestra. Training Orchestra a pioneer and leader Training Management Solutions. We meet the needs of more than 600 customers worldwide, including Thales, Dell, Capgemini, Citibank, Pfizer, and United Training. In this fast‑paced business environment, the Marketing team is looking for an Interim Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing events and contribute to significant growth. Responsibilities Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop the annual event strategy (webinars and in‑person). Ensure event processes, feedback, and reporting is documented and visible to all stakeholders. Lead pre‑event planning including event logistics, team registrations, and hotel booking. Lead engagement strategy and prepare on‑site attendees and speakers. Lead post‑event activities such as lead imports and reporting. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on lead generation, messaging, and ROI measurement. Manage inventory of booth properties and swag. Coordinate speaker and topic selection for all events. Schedule, set up, and promote online webinars. Assist with other digital marketing initiatives: campaign creation, email, graphic design, and social media. Qualifications At least 2 years of event management experience with at least 1 year of digital marketing experience. Proficient in marketing campaign management and measurement for events. Adept in Microsoft Office, Marketing Automation, and Canva. Proactive communication and strong analytical, organizational, and team‑player skills. Highly self‑motivated and able to work remotely.
