OverviewJoin to apply for the AVP Service Catalogue role at The Citco Group Limited.ResponsibilitiesCapture, govern, and maintain the standard service catalogue across various lines of business within Citco.Collaborate with Process Owners and business unit representatives to ensure accurate capture of gold standards and client deviations while digitizing them in the platform tool in adherence to the governance model.Lead end-to-end process mapping initiatives and develop as-is and to-be process flows, articulating the transformation journey.Develop and maintain a standardized service catalogue across business units; define gold standards for processes; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.Lead digitization of documented processes into the Optix platform; ensure data-point synchronicity between data platforms; collaborate with IT to implement process automation where applicable.Ensure all process designs adhere to Citco's governance model and best practices; identify and mitigate process-related risks; maintain up-to-date process documentation and regulatory compliance.Facilitate working group meetings, gather requirements, present process improvement recommendations to senior management, and tailor communications for different stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends in process design.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in process design, business process management, or similar roles, preferably in financial services.Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma; proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Office; experience with BPM tools and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex processes; strong project management and cross-functional leadership; outstanding communication and presentation skills.Assets / Nice-to-HavesGRC (Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance) experience; PMP experience; Lean Six Sigma certification.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies; experience with BPM, CRM and BI tools; familiarity with Optix, Visio, SmartSheet, Qlik, PowerBI, Databricks.Experience in fund administration or financial services.Our BenefitsOur well-being is paramount; we provide benefits, training and education support, and flexible working arrangements.
