Regional Sales ManagerDriving sales growth within the Western Regional Grocery wholesalers and H&W wholesalers, targeting the Finica portfolio. Build strong relationships with customers and wholesaler sales teams, negotiate promotional activity, develop and own specific customer JBP’s, improve store distribution, present and gain NPD listings, and deliver on monthly & annual KPIs.ResponsibilitiesDirect sales to Regional Grocery and H&W sectors.Own relationships with head office, category manager, buyer and store manager of assigned accounts.Execute against monthly KPIs including forecasting, trade spend management, speed to market on NPD, portfolio expansion, and coordinate seasonal opportunities.Use reporting analytics to determine best plan for listing gaps, feature pricing opportunities, merchandising solutions, and improved profitability through ordering and logistics efficiencies.Manage current roster and new opportunities in Finica global portfolio of products; list NPDs and inform customer base of delistings.Deliver sales budget, complete and update forecasting tools, manage for profit.Conduct monthly updates with customer channels and quarterly updates with senior customer personnel to ensure monthly sales targets are met.As needed, conduct business reviews & updates with Finica leadership team.QualificationsMinimum 3 years selling experience in Regional Grocery accounts.Experience selling to food service accounts (preferred).Reliable transportation and ability to travel monthly and inter‑provincial.Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams) and willingness to learn internal systems.Understanding of the grocery channel environment.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a proven track record in building and managing customer relationships.Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts.Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities.Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.High degree of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and commitment to ethical business practice.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams: marketing, product development, supply chain.Positive work attitude & interpersonal skills – able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.Good math skills, excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills.Working ConditionsHybrid – in‑office 2‑3 times a week, with home office based.Driving is a regular requirement.Finica is committed to fair and equitable recruiting practices.
