Demonstrated change management leader with the ability to influence?

As the Change Management Lead, you will improve the overall experience for employees during transitions by providing support and reducing uncertainty meeting both organization objectives and the needs of the employees. p>

A Day in the Life

  • Change Strategy & Framework – Design and implement strategies to manage project and organizational change effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies. li>
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management – Engaging with key stakeholders across different levels of the organization to communicate change objectives, gather feedback and address concerns. Identifying all impacted stakeholders in any change initiative and create an effective approach to manage and mitigate the change.
  • Performance Measurement: li>

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communications, or a related field of study.
  • 5-10 years of relevant change management or project management experience in the IT sector.
  • Experience in leadership or managerial roles would be an asset.
  • Professional certification such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) would be an asset.
