What You’ll Deliver APOLLO Insurance is looking for a Partner Success Coordinator to provide support to the Partner Success team, who owns management of the Property Management/REIT partnerships. As we continue to grow, we’re building a Partner Success team that ensures our partners have a seamless and high‑impact experience with our platform. You’ll own the operational side of Partner Success—handling day‑to‑day partner support tickets, resolving tech and data‑related issues, and supporting the team with critical reporting and operational tasks. This is a growth role: you’ll start by managing high‑volume tactical work and evolve into owning relationships with a small portfolio of low‑complexity partners as you ramp up.Remote location: anywhere in Canada. Responsibilities Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets from partners, focusing on data, integration, and technical issues. Investigate and troubleshoot partner‑facing issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by pulling and preparing relevant data and metrics. Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements to enhance partner support operations. Assist in light project management work for internal initiatives or partner onboarding tasks. Gradually take ownership of a small number of lower‑complexity partner accounts. Track partner performance metrics and help surface insights or patterns to the broader team. Other duties as assigned. Skills And Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support). Experience working with data, CRMs, and email‑based communication tools. Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and resolution skills. Experience in a startup, SaaS, or B2B environment is considered an asset. Solid organizational skills with some experience in project coordination or project management. Comfort pulling data, formatting reports, and identifying performance trends. Excellent attention to detail—catch the small things others might miss. Strong communicator, both written and verbal. Collaborative and curious mindset—excited to learn and grow with the team. Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
