Director of Care Quality and Professional Development

We are seeking a Global Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems across multiple regions.
Position Summary:
The Global Quality Manager will be instrumental in overseeing quality management systems and processes across multiple regions to ensure consistent high standards in product quality and operational excellence. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive continuous improvement, harmonize quality practices globally, and lead a team of quality professionals in achieving quality assurance goals.
- Global Quality Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a global quality strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead quality improvement initiatives and act as the quality management representative across regions.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operational sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as ISO and AS.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Drive global initiatives for continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Supplier Quality Management: Develop and maintain robust supplier quality assurance processes, resolving quality issues and implementing supplier improvement plans.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a global team of quality professionals; foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and progress against objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. li>
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in quality management, including at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
- Certifications: Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of ISO standards, exceptional analytical skills, proven leadership abilities, and proficient problem-solving capabilities.
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our teams and partners in China.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex quality issues clearly.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing projects, with knowledge of project management software a plus.
Working Conditions:
This role may involve international travel to various company sites and supplier locations. The Global Quality Manager will work in both office and manufacturing environments to ensure global consistency in quality practices.
