Analyste financier Rigoureux et motivé, qui contribuera à la fiabilité des données financières, au développement des outils de suivi et à l’optimisation de nos processus. Vos responsabilités Analyse et rapports financiers Produire des analyses financières détaillées (rentabilité, écarts budgétaires, marges, etc.). Préparer des rapports de gestion et tableaux de bord pour appuyer la prise de décision. Participer à l’élaboration des budgets et prévisions financières. Contrôle et optimisation Assurer le suivi des coûts de projets et analyser les écarts entre prévisions et réels. Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus comptables et financiers. Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI). Soutien stratégique et opérationnel Fournir un support analytique aux équipes de direction et aux chargés de projets. Collaborer avec la production et l’administration pour assurer la fiabilité des données. Participer à des projets spéciaux (implantation ERP, automatisation de rapports, etc.). Profil recherché Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou un domaine connexe. 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en analyse financière ou contrôle de gestion (secteur manufacturier ou construction, un atout). Solides compétences en modélisation financière et maîtrise avancée d’Excel. Connaissance d’un ERP ou d’outils BI (un atout important).
