Essential Functions

  • Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, executing sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is followed including handling escalated teller customer complaints.
  • Ability to understand and educate clients on the use of alternative channels to complete banking transactions (ATM, Online banking, Mobile Banking). li>
  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
  • Assure branch compliance by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, monthly and quarterly teller drawer audits, alarm tests, fraud prevention training, ATM balancing and local, state and federal regulation training.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required;
    • A minimum of four years of experience in financial services.
    • A minimum of two years of management experience.
    • Ability to effectively read, write and speak the English language.
    • Personal computer skills with extended viewing of computer screens.
    • Physical mobility and dexterity to transport files and operate general office equipment (fax, copier, telephone).
    • Willing and able to work required overtime. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every listed qualification.
