The Inventory Lead ensures the inventory moves in, out and around the store efficiently and accurately. You keep our customers and store Associates happy by contributing to the orderly operations of the store, and getting merchandise to the right place as expeditiously as possible using our intelligent inventory routing and tracking systems.

**Critical Functions**

As Inventory Lead you will execute the following activities:

- Reception: Unpack, scan backstock, steam if applicable, and place merchandise on sales floor expeditiously, according to company standards.
- Ship from store: Execute the daily pick and pack process to fulfill online order according to company standards, and ensure sufficient supplies are on hand to meet demand (bags, boxes, toner, labels, etc.)
- Markdowns: Periodically adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide.
- Internal Merchandise Transfers: Prepare stock to transfer to other stores according to company standards.
- Maintain receiving and stock areas
- Assist as needed with operational activities such as cashier duties and other POS tasks, steaming and visual merchandising.
- May be required to lead/guide other associates in stock related functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role - retail environment preferred
- Sense of urgency
- Advanced computer skills
- Team player
- Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis.
- Is exceptionally organized.

**Additional Information** Working Conditions and Environment**
- Available Monday to Friday minimum 35 hours/week.
- Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings.
- Works in a standing/walking position.
- Lifts approximately 20-50 lbs of product/boxes.
- Uses ladder as required.
