Job Title: Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions

We are looking for a skilled Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions to support our customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person, providing best-in-class service.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Assess loan applications accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
  3. Gather loan information from customers.
  4. Sell our loan and protection products.
  5. Closing loans virtually and in person.
  6. Follow up with past due customer accounts.
  7. Manage cash controls, including taking payments.
  8. Commit to personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn customer trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Authorized to work in Canada.
  2. High-school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  3. Great communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.
  2. Previous experience working with loan origination software.
  3. Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
