Position Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager and above, the Store Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the sales performance of the store and ensuring proper shift assignments for staff. They are also responsible for fostering an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment and helping co-workers to constantly grow and improve.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Regional Manager and ensure that the company's regulatory and operational policies and guidelines of the store are followed.
  2. Propose and establish achievable sales goals for the store, and encourage, inspire, and propel co-workers to work collectively to accomplish them.
  3. Ensure that all co-workers comply with the company's operating standards, and that store policies regarding food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
  4. Train, supervise, and discipline all partners on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.
  5. Foster a welcoming and energetic environment that embodies the philosophy of Real Fruit Bubble Tea’s vision and beliefs.
  6. Demonstrate exceptional guest service and superior follow-up skills with customers or potential customers.
  7. Assist in store operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring cleanliness, and performing any ad hoc tasks.
  8. Ensure that all partners are operating safely and in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Employment Standards Act (ESA).

Expectation of Successful Candidate

  1. 3+ years of store manager experience, or 5+ years of working experience within the food industry.
  2. Language proficiency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressure.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication.
  6. High level of organizational capabilities.
  7. Ability to implement RFBT's policies and procedures effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
