Experienced Retail Operations Manager

NAPA Auto Parts, a leading distributor of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks, is seeking an experienced retail operations manager to contribute to the success of its stores.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and effective leader who can provide exceptional customer service, support sales growth, and promote a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork.
This role involves collaborating with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members, ensuring their health and well-being, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage the store budget, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive financial results.
- Maintain compliance with operational processes and standards for wholesale and retail sales.
About the Role:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail or wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store team and regional management team to achieve sales goals.
- Promote a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and motivating team members.
- Manage the store budget and identify areas for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
