Our client, a leading provider in the rental industry, is seeking a Counter Rental Advisor to join their team. As a Counter Rental Advisor, you will be part of the customer service department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:

Counter Rental Advisor- Heavy Duty Equipment? Location: Halifax, NS Pay Range:

Not specified What's the Job? Provide excellent customer relations through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Offer administrative, warranty, and invoicing support to customers.

Act as the direct liaison between staff and customers for seamless communication.

Provide repair and service quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Monitor and maintain parts inventory while overseeing the repair process.

What's Needed? The ability to provide excellent customer relations while maintaining a positive attitude.

Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.

Previous experience working with technicians in a parts environment is preferred.

Efficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
