This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in British Columbia. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director, providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Day to day point of contact and support for the Sales Team Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales Prepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracy Assist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectives Assist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and events Monthly Inventory Management LTO Submission Data Entry Coordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as needed Maintain office space Locker management Skills Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) Strong planning and organizational skills with an aptitude for problem solving Exceptional time management Proven ability to manage multiple projects and respect tight deadlines Solution and detail orientated with a high degree of care Accountable and with high degree of professional integrity and dedication Displays an entrepreneurial‑spirit and is highly self‑motivated Requirements Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions Post Secondary Education; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset Passion for wine & spirits (WSET training an asset) Ability to attend evening and weekends events Own a car and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift 30 lbs Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, Customer Service, and Administrative Industry Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
