p>Job Description

Are you a strategic leader in insurance and actuarial services ready to take on a pivotal new role within Global Excel? This is a unique opportunity to shape underwriting services, optimize risk management, and drive profitable outcomes alongside our Canada President and CFO. Manage the data collection, reconciliation, and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, risk assessment, claims analysis to drive profitable outcomes for Global Excel and its clients.

Cost & Pricing: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze costing structures, assess profitability across various dimensions, and develop effective pricing frameworks based on actuarial best practices to contribute to future pricing strategies and optimize customer contracts. Support Senior Management with various strategic projects to provide analysis and actionable recommendations to processes and products to enhance its competitive position and profitability.
  • Degree in actuarial studies or a related field;
  • 5+ years in actuarial, underwriting, claims management within insurance industry;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics/financial planning/modeling tools;
  • Strong English skills; *Bilingual English/French if in Québec Province.
