**_ Responsibilities_**:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop/revise policies/procedures related to HR and Health and Safety
- ADP workforce now payroll processing and benefits management
- Handle any employment-related inquires and maintain employee data and personnel files
- Process working generalist experience in HR related matters on a variety of topics
- Plan and deliver training for new hires, current employees on all polices and procedures
**_ Your Strengths:_**
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Health and Safety or related field
- 3 to 5 years HR generalist experience
- Payroll Processing experience - (ADP workforce now an asset)
- Knowledge of the applicable regulations including OHSA, Human Rights, Labour Relations and ESA
- Advanced computer skills: Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail oriented
- Experience in a manufacturing organization
