The Industrial Millwright is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably through preventive maintenance and quick response to breakdowns. The Millwright applies technical expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and CNC equipment to support production while upholding safety and quality standards.

About You

We seek exceptional individuals who can:

- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Perform precise work within tight tolerances
- Work at heights and in noisy, dirty, or chemical-exposed environments
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected breakdowns

Education & Requirements:

- Education: 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic (Red Seal) – Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Millwright in manufacturing
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CNC machinery, lathes, gearboxes, induction heating, robotics, and press operations
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques

Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with power tools, hoists, and lift trucks
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
