Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesFocus on and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation; utilize analytical tools to provide data driven insightsCreate strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teamsGather strategic insights from financial and operational data and present findings to business leaders when ready to do soPrepare management reports that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of moderate to advanced complexityMaintain a solid understanding of business intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc basisDevelop and document processes while incorporating finance best practicesContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve and automate work processesContribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environmentProvide ad hoc analytical support as neededSkills and ExperienceAt least two years of related experience working in a strategic financial roleBachelor’s degree in a relevant academic field is requiredExperience working with Power BI, Power Platform and large data modelsStrong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, and ability to learn new technologies quicklyExperience with strategic planning, KPI development and analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plansAbility to communicate effectively and present to business leadersDemonstrated financial and business acumenAbility to speak French and English (written and oral)MyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
