Responsibilities Focus on and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation; utilize analytical tools to provide data driven insights Create strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teams Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data and present findings to business leaders when ready to do so Prepare management reports that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of moderate to advanced complexity Maintain a solid understanding of business intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve and automate work processes Contribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environment Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed Skills And Experience At least two years of related experience working in a strategic financial role Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic field is required Experience working with Power BI, Power Platform and large data models Strong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, and ability to learn new technologies quickly Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans Ability to communicate effectively and present to business leaders Demonstrated financial and business acumen Ability to speak French and English (written and oral) Rewards and Diversity With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP offers customized rewards that support our culture and work-life balance.
