This role will work with different teams within Secure to understand their challenges, analyze the data, and deliver the answers and tools needed to drive success.

**A Day in The Life**

**Transform Business Goals into Data-Driven Strategies**
- Immerse yourself in understanding our business objectives and develop analytic tools to support these goals.
- Detect key trends, uncover opportunities, and tackle challenges head-on with data-driven insights.
- Be a proactive participant in operational meetings, leading technology-related initiatives.

**Innovate with Business Intelligence Tools**
- Develop, refine, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that adapt to our evolving business need
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Leverage Python to perform data analysis, automate processes, and drive efficiency.
- Provide guidance on database structures, making integration smooth and effective
- Act as a troubleshooter, collaborating with data owners to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.

**Drive Digital Transformation with Insights**
- Deliver fact-based recommendations that empower customer decision-making
- Partner with customers and the BI team to provide agile decision making
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their business landscape and identify growth opportunities
- Be an ambassador for analytics across SECURE, continuously educating and training teams to elevate our analytics capabilities.

**Skills, Experience, & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of work experience in a relevant position
- Strong experience with PowerBI and DAX
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven ability to execute on projects with a strategic mindset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience with Python and advanced data modeling techniques
- A track record of innovative thinking and implementing new technology solutions
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with the teams we work with
