Job DetailsMinimum 15‑hour part‑time position reporting to the Manager, MMS Assistants.Work volumes are received directly from your associated MMS during scheduled hours.Primarily remote; work from home or a specific TD location.Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated MMS and Manager. Key Accountabilities CustomerMaximize support related to credit administration.Maintain good relationships with partners, follow‑up, respond to questions, and ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating when necessary.Gather client documentation after the initial MMS customer meeting and process credit application.Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting specialist and business timeline commitments.Support the customer journey through the deal process and respond to mortgage suite product or policy clarifications. ShareholderEnsure all supporting documentation is received and validated per internal processes and regulation.Contribute to achieving MMS credit quality objectives and meet or exceed individual targets.Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the end‑to‑end credit decision process.Support business objectives by supporting sales goals and applying bank operating policies and procedures.Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement opportunities.Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions as necessary.Adhere to the Bank Code of Conduct and be knowledgeable of the full mortgage suite of products and services. Breadth & DepthUtilize established customer service skills for routine activities and multi‑step transactions.Have broad knowledge of the basic business product suite.Understand interdependencies with customer or sales teams.Recognize and assess routine customer problems, escalating non‑standard issues.Impact team results through high‑quality service.Follow RESL procedures, recommend process improvement opportunities.Use communication skills to clarify product/process information with composure.Maintain working knowledge developed through training or experience.Report to a manager or above. The Ideal Candidate WillHave at least 1 year experience in a client‑facing and/or administrative role.Have mortgage/credit lending experience.Possess superior computer/technology skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Be highly organized, self‑starter, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.Demonstrate excellent time‑management to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations.Show high accuracy and attention to detail.Exhibit strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.Be bilingual (English/French) or meet other language requirements as needed.
