Mobile Mortgage Specialist TD Canada Trust Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada Employment Type: Full‑time Seniority Level: Entry level Hours: 37.5 per week Compensation: Base salary $0.00 – $0.00 CAD; eligible for commission. Competitive commission package with unlimited earning potential. Job Summary: TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is looking for proven sales professionals to join its dynamic team. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence, and work within TD’s sales management system. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships. Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. Use TD’s sales management system to manage leads and opportunities. Participate in monthly coaching sessions and joint sales calls with the Sales Manager. Apply credit knowledge and comply with TD’s underwriting policies. Meet and exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards of integrity. Qualifications Proven sales track record, preferably in mortgage or financial services. Strong capability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and relationship management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred. Post‑secondary education preferred. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
