Description: Our client is seeking a Threat Risk Analyst to work on a major initiative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Confirm with departmental sponsor TRA scope including obtaining detailed system design and architecture documentation (for instance, Enterprise Architecture Diagrams to physical degree of detail, Data Flow Diagrams, Use-Case Scenarios etc.);
  2. Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and appropriate controls against digital service assets;
  3. Participate and contribute in other cybersecurity deliverables such as Vulnerability Assessments or Penetration Testing;
  4. Submit and deliver a formal presentation of the TRA deliverable to the requesting Departmental.

Knowledge and Experience:

  1. Experience in conducting or participating in assessing digital services using industry standard cybersecurity best practice methodologies;
  2. Minimum of 8 years of IT related experience within one or more of the following fields:
    1. Cybersecurity and Risk Management assessment methodologies;
    2. IT Infrastructure/Network;
    3. Identity, Credential and Access Management;
    4. Application Design/Development/Testing;
    5. Enterprise Architecture;
    6. Privacy;
    7. Telecommunications;
    8. SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Digital Service Delivery Models.
  3. Experience facilitating workshops and bringing stakeholder groups to consensus;
  4. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
