What You Will Do: Travel to customer locations, engage with current and new customers and build strong business relationships Forecast and develop potential sales orders for all customers Utilize CRM to provide reporting on accounts related to customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and new sales potential Maintain knowledge of new product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends Participate in training programs with vendors, sales reps and other cross‑functional development areas Work closely with regional managers, branch managers and inventory support team to ensure product and service delivery Conduct industry related presentations Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues and stakeholders Champion FGI’s safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices May deliver parts to customer locations Other duties as assigned. What We Require: Up to 5 years of experience in heavy-duty parts sales or similar industry (Agriculture, Equipment, Trailers) preferred Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience required Driver’s abstract with no major infractions in the last 5 years required Must be able to meet the physical requirements : Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, travel to customer locations on roadways and highways for long periods of time, frequent sitting, standing and walking at customer locations Excellent customer service skills – Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of external and internal customers Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – Able to learn in‑house systems Proficiency with multiple languages is an asset What We Offer: A Highly Competitive Wage – eligible for a yearly bonus Company vehicle, cell phone and laptop Dental/Vision Benefits Health Spending Account Sick Pay Allowance Employee and Family Assistance Program DPSP and GRSP A Continuous Learning Environment A Casual Dress Code A Fun and Supportive Work Environment Fort Garry Industries welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
