Lieu De Travail Toronto, Ontario, Canada Horaire 37.5 hours per week Secteur D’activité Gouvernance et Contrôles Détails De La Rémunération $108,800 - $163,200 CAD Description Du Poste As a Senior Manager, GRC, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight of Treasury's risk management programs and controls, including financial reporting controls, through training, monitoring and testing, and reporting activities. Job Accountabilities Members of GRC require deep risk and control expertise obtained in financial or regulatory reporting, internal/external audit, risk management or compliance management roles to review and assess whether the processes and controls within TD's Treasury function are adequately designed and operating effectively to meet internal and regulatory requirements. In This Role, You Will Be responsible for 1B oversight, testing and reporting of Treasury's key risk programs, including operational risk oversight, insights and reporting such as: Leading development of Treasury tailored communication and training relating to enterprise risk programs including those for EUC Governance, Model Risk Management, Risk and Control Self Assessment; Quality control / assurance or assessing the effectiveness of controls designed and implemented to support the Business risk, control and issuer owners in developing effective processes to sustain and govern control activities; Proactively identifying and considering interdependencies across risk programs, remediation plans, and controls; Leading the review of key risk indicators, insights and development of related reporting for Treasury. Lead the management and updating of Treasury GRC Mandate, Standards, Policies and Procedures as required. Provide expert advice to Treasury and stakeholders on effective control considerations. Ensure stakeholders are adequately aware of relevant policy and guideline requirements, including issues management standards, and provide oversight and monitoring over compliance to policies and guidelines. Partner with other teams and lines‑of‑defense to oversee the design and effectiveness of controls, monitoring and assessment or testing of compliance to policies. Promote an effective, transparent culture of risk awareness, accountability, ethics, integrity, and conduct. Enable proactive, data‑driven, risk‑based decision making and approaches. Build for the future and provide people leadership. Develop, coach and lead a team of risk and control professionals, building a ‘learning organization’. Explore and deliver innovative solutions and process improvements to promote effective and efficient execution of risk and control mandate. Job Requirements Professional accounting and/or relevant designation (CPA, CA, CISA, CFA) University degree in business, accounting or other relevant fields 10+ years experience in a treasury/audit role with internal controls / financial controls experience Treasury industry experience would be considered a strong asset Public accounting firm experience would be considered a strong asset Demonstrated ability to influence change through subject matter expertise in risk and controls, and experience developing and maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships with cross‑functional teams and business partners Proven ability to successfully lead, change, and manage effectively in a matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively assess or test the adequate design and operating effectiveness of controls, including financial reporting controls Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex subject matters simply and clearly Knowledge of the regulatory environment and requirements in which Treasury operates (such as prudential requirements governing the management of liquidity, funding, non‑trading market risk and capital) Highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership, planning and project management skills to handle teams with functional diversity, complexity, and multiple points of internal and external contact Highly motivated to improve processes and leverage data and technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness Ability to work with subject matter experts and ensure high levels of service even when the effort crosses organizational boundaries Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, agile environment, and managing multiple priorities À propos de nous La TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions financières.
