Job Title: Change Management Analyst Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1 Organization: Aerospace Canada Employee Status: Regular Requisition: 8714 Change Management Analyst Responsibilities Educate and support stakeholders in organizational change and transition management for technology and process transformations. Support the Manufacturing Business Process Owner in defining and managing change processes to enable optimal organizational transition, identifying risk while optimizing change readiness. Support leadership alignment, stakeholder management, assess change impacts, develop overall change readiness strategy, identify business risks, and design interventions. Lead collaboration sessions with key stakeholders such as Business Process Owners, Change Management Team, Directors, and team members of the Enterprise Resource Planning Program to ensure strong solution adoption. Nurture strategic relationships with corporate executives, managers, informal organizational leaders, and employees. Develop strong internal networks. Ensure vertical and cross-process stream alignment (business/project). Establish working relationships with high-level management, staff, and project team members, including Project Team Leads, Business Process Leaders & Functional and Business Analysts, sponsors and change owners of the business, high-level stakeholders (Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers), project management, and communication, training and logistic teams. Deliver agreed deliverables upon project milestones. Develop and implement a strong communication plan to meet the specific needs of all target audiences. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of direct professional experience supporting organizational change (business, transformation, software implementation) in a large organization. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education or certifications are an asset but not required. In-depth understanding of manufacturing business environment, related processes, and organizational/human issues associated with business process changes. Demonstrated track record in effective change management. Excellent knowledge of IT implementation approaches, methodologies, and plans. Excellent knowledge and experience in Change Management and communication. Good knowledge of Information Systems and Technologies. Good understanding of IT training development, delivery methods, and logistics. Strong interest in the human side of change. Eager to have a positive impact on the future success of Bombardier’s manufacturing sector. Open to learning and eager to leverage creative mind and enthusiasm to ensure successful adoption. Prior SAP S4 Hana deployment experience is an asset. Can work in both French and English.
