Role: Organizational Change Management Analyst - (SAP Consultant)

Location: Montréal

Work schedule: 40hours/week

Work mode: Hybrid (2 days per week are required at the client's offices in Montréal)

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst - SAP Consultant for one of our clients. The OCM Analyst is responsible for supporting the BIS OCM team and supporting the manufacturing team in preparation for the upcoming changes impacting the people (training, communications and business readiness)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance in organizational change management to the manufacturing team undergoing a major transformational change impacting processes, tools, and people (Roles)
  • Work in collaboration with the Organizational Change Management Team from BIS (Business Information Systems)
  • Support a series of change processes allowing the optimum transition of the organization, identifying risk while optimizing its change readiness. ·
  • Leadership alignment, executive analysis, stakeholder management, develop high level impacts/risks to change, develop overall change readiness strategy, participate in the definition of the communication strategy, while always ensuring business and project alignment
  • Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. Business partners, extended change management team members, to ensure strong integration of the solution. ·
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key sponsors, leaders and employees. ·
  • Support overall change roadmap and integration (cohesiveness)
  • Deliver agreed upon project milestones. ·
  • Communicate and interact effectively with individuals at all levels; clearly communicate reasonable and achievable expectations to employees. ·
  • Proactively share Change management best practices.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Demonstrated a track record in effective project management skills
  • Led and has experience with transformational initiatives
  • Flexibility to adapt, and expand skill set and expertise as required
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • The incumbent must be fluent in French, English and Spanish (Asset) as the employee will be required to work with resources outside of Quebec

Specific knowledge

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in organizational change management
  • An in-depth understanding of manufacturing business environment and related processes and of organizational / human issues associated with business process change.
