Description Taiga Motors, a rapidly growing off‑road electric vehicle technology and manufacturing company, is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced BOM and Change Control Analyst to join Taiga’s dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely implementation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering change requests across our product lines. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate BOM structures across multiple product platforms. Ensure BOMs reflect current engineering specifications and production requirements. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to validate BOM accuracy. Enter and maintain master data in ERP systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and departments. Track and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and approvals of changes. Maintain detailed records of BOM revisions and change control activities. Generate reports to support production planning, procurement, and quality assurance. Support audits and compliance initiatives related to product configuration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, OR demonstrated experience in an equivalent role. 3–5 years of experience in a volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the transportation or mobility industry. Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle management, and change control processes. Experience with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Arena, Windchill). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non‑technical teams. Play a key role in bringing off‑road electric vehicles to market. Flexible and hybrid working hours. Company events – barbecues, employee demo days, etc. Group RRSP. Benefits REER collectif.
