Royal Ashburn Golf Club combines top-tier hospitality with a dedication to excellence, making it a destination of choice for unforgettable events and leisure. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role in Whitby, ON. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and inventory management. Responsibilities include supervising and training the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food presentation, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with event planners to meet client needs. The role also involves maintaining cost control, introducing innovative culinary concepts, and fostering a culture of excellence in the kitchen.
