Position Overview POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our partner Wessuc Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead Wessuc’s sales department, driving revenue growth and ensuring that sales strategies align with company objectives. This role oversees the performance, development, and accountability of the sales team, ensuring divisional targets for both revenue and profit are met. The Sales Manager will implement structured reporting processes, foster strong cross-departmental collaboration, and support the company’s continued expansion into new markets. What we offer Salary - $120,000 / year based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision, etc.) RRSP matching program Opportunities for continued professional development and industry certifications A mission-driven company culture focused on sustainability, safety, and growth What we need from you Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership, preferably in related industries Experience in environmental services, wastewater treatment, biosolids management, industrial services or a closely related sector is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is an asset. Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Zoho, Power BI, Excel). Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Proven ability to achieve revenue and profit targets Attention to detail and high accountability standards Experience in developing and implementing structured sales processes Valid G drivers license and willing to travel if required. What you will do Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Representatives and Estimator/Sales Coordinator Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue and profit targets Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the sales team Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with other departments to align sales activities with operational and financial goals Support business development initiatives in new and existing markets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments #J-18808-Ljbffr
