We are a family owned and operated dealership and we have been operating in the Brantford community for over 50 years. Brant County Ford is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Parts Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for serving internal and external customers in person, and by phone, ordering, receiving and dispatching parts along with other tasks as assigned by the parts manager.

We may have been here a long time, and have the long-term employees to prove it, but we have also kept up with the times. Just a few years ago we had a major expansion and almost doubled the size of our automotive service shop. Along with our new and used sales departments, we have our own detail shop and our own body shop, giving us the ability to give our customers full service for their vehicles.

**Position**

The Assistant Parts Manager will be expected to provide courteous assistance to all internal and external customers, including our service shop, body shop, sales department, and detail department, local service shops and retail customers. The Assistant Parts Manager will be expected to be proactive, organized and able to problem solve in order to effectively and efficiently support the Service Technicians and Apprentices with their parts needs for active jobs.

**Required Skills**:
Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum two (2) years of Ford automotive parts experience
- Extremely well organized
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening skills
- A great attitude towards customer service is required
- Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced Parts environment
- Knowledge of automobiles is an asset
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
