The Sales Manager will lead Wessuc’s sales department, driving revenue growth and ensuring that sales strategies align with company objectives. This role oversees the performance, development, and accountability of the sales team, ensuring divisional targets for both revenue and profit are met. The Sales Manager will implement structured reporting processes, foster strong cross‑departmental collaboration, and support the company’s continued expansion into new markets. What we offer: Salary - $120,000 / year based on experience and qualifications RRSP matching program Opportunities for continued professional development and industry certifications A mission‑driven company culture focused on sustainability, safety, and growth What we need from you: Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership, preferably in related industries Experience in environmental services, wastewater treatment, biosolids management, industrial services or a closely related sector is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is an asset. Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Zoho, Power BI, Excel). Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Proven ability to achieve revenue and profit targets Attention to detail and high accountability standards Experience in developing and implementing structured sales processes Valid G drivers license and willing to travel if required.
