Account Executive CyberClan provides enterprise security and human response services to small and midsize enterprises and channel partners through comprehensive risk assessment services, 24/7/365 managed detection and response services, and lightning‑fast breach response. Our mission is to make the online world a safer place by delivering sophisticated cybersecurity solutions in a highly personalized, human‑centric way. Job Description We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Executive to support business growth. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, the AE will be responsible for turning customer leads into closed deals and new partnerships. The successful candidate will be a strong influencer, a true hunter with a track record of generating sales through relationships in cyber security insurance and legal circles in Canada. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can‑do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Generate, respond to, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media campaigns (LinkedIn) Promote and present CyberClan’s core offerings and partnerships to potential clients through a consultative sales approach Assess client needs, identify stakeholders, and connect internal resources to develop and close opportunities Manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for revenue within the region Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and retention Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients and partners Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Develop and respond to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities that CyberClan is best positioned for Qualifications Fluently communicate both verbally and in writing in French Experienced hunter with lead generation, business development focus, and a demonstrable history of exceeding sales quota (in excess of 6M USD) Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, relationship selling, and negotiating) Experience in the cyber security and cyber insurance industry in a technical sales, cyber underwriter, or broker sales role Experience managing day‑to‑day CRM for capture, reporting, and forecasting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills Minimum 7 years experience in a software or managed services sales environment Experience developing and presenting an annual business plan Attributes Positive attitude and cheerful personality “Can‑do” attitude that is not intimidated by a series of ‘No’s’ Customer‑centric mindset A coachable team player Job Type Full Time Location 100% Telecommuting Candidate must have legal authorization to work in Canada Travel Required 15% Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
