Today, color-driven collections extend to Pima cotton T-shirts, plush French terry sweats, versatile bottoms, elevated outerwear, need-to-have accessories, and a myriad of perfected polos reimagined for each drop, of which there are approximately 13 every year. Our global expansion in the fashion landscape is attributed to the eclectic personalities who have joined our ranks, making Psycho Bunny the creative community it is today-and will be tomorrow.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

  • Support the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store meets key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven Team Members.
  • Positively communicate and demonstrate the Brand values, attitude, and culture.
  • Through direction of the Store Manager, ensure successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.
  • Cooperate with the Store Manager to develop clear action plans for the store and strive to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines of the plan.
  • Through direction from the Store Manager, take accountability for training and execution of in-store in all areas, including business, operations, and sales/customer service, to ensure all employees are trained in Retail Standards.
