Job Summary

">

The Director, Strategy Delivery will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives and key projects within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the governance and implementation of our prioritization methodology, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, business objectives, and deliverables.

  • Strategy Delivery: Lead the delivery and monitoring of strategic initiatives through oversight and coordination of workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with Risk Management and Business to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact strategy delivery.
  • Resource Management: Provide input on resources, both internal and external, to support program objectives, including budgets, staffing needs, and vendor relationships.
  • Governance: Adhere to and evolve governance structures, processes, and controls as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Change Management: Assist Risk Management on change management efforts associated with program implementation, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans.
  • Gating Management: Manage the New Product/Process/Business gating methodology including status, documentation, financials, and SRED reporting, and prioritization recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy delivery, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple workstreams and delivering on operations and technology improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • $110,000 - $140,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
