The Role As National Marketing Manager, Hospitality, you’ll lead our national hospitality marketing strategy. You’ll oversee a talented team, ensure brand consistency, and design campaigns that drive measurable results. You are a results-focused leader who simplifies strategy, motivates teams, and delivers engaging, impactful marketing. What You’ll Do Lead and execute national hospitality marketing strategies to drive sales, brand visibility, and customer acquisition Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement Maintain consistent, authentic brand messaging across all platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities Scale marketing operations effectively as the company grows Mentor and inspire a diverse marketing team Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships Represent the MRG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Other responsibilities as assigned What We’re Looking For 5–7 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, or the experience economy Proven leadership and team management skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Balance of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (asset) Flexible to work evenings/weekends and travel across Canada as required What’s In It For You Growth opportunities in an industry-leading company A collaborative, creative, and fun workplace culture Employee discounts and access to unique experiences across MRG venues, events, and hospitality properties Our Commitment The MRG Group is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
