You will be responsible for the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, monthly invoicing, daily updates for community management, and budgeting and HR support.The ideal candidate will have:A degree in business administration or accounting preferredExperience processing payrollExperience working with budgets for multiple departmentsDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skillsPrior exposure to computerized accounting software; experience with RealPage property management software is a plusA genuine interest in working with a senior populationEnjoy being part of a teamA commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and giversAs the Business Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central officeOversee all business office and primary accounting functionsProcessing payroll (semi-monthly)Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for the communityAssist with monthly invoicing, Heavy Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayablePartner with leadership team in the community on budgeting and financial decisionsAssist Regional HR Manager with administrative HR tasksTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
