We currently have a fulltime, permanent role with our large consulting client in the Greater Toronto Area as a Delivery Lead- SAP Solutions.Role: Delivery Lead - SAP SolutionsSalary: $90,000 - $110,000 + commissions and bonus + benefitsLocation: Remote but travel to client sites in the GTA is requiredJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Delivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of SAP projects, from initiation to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project deliveryDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project deliveryEnsure project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standardsCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior managementProvide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver projects successfullyConduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements as neededStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve project delivery processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, preferably with SAP projectsProven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectationsSAP certification is a plusOur client offers:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentExposure to cutting-edge technologies and projectsWork-life balance and flexible work arrangementsIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for SAP and project delivery, we want to hear from you Apply now to join our team at Software International and make a difference in the world of technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
