Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clinets ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US. We currently have a fulltime, permanent role with our large consulting client in the Greater Toronto Area as a  Delivery Lead - SAP Solutions.

Role: Delivery Lead - SAP Solutions

Type: Fulltime, Perm

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + commissions and bonus + benefits

Location: Remote but travel to client sites in the GTA is required

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Delivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the delivery of SAP projects, from initiation to completion

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standards

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior management

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver projects successfully

- Conduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve project delivery processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, preferably with SAP projects

- Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

- SAP certification is a plus
