Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Lead (Java)
to oversee end-to-end project delivery for a leading banking client in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both onshore and offshore coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong experience in managing technical teams within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based projects within the banking domain.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

· Manage team size and delivery timelines effectively.

· Provide hands-on leadership — coding is not required, but technical understanding is essential.

· Handle offshore/onshore coordination and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

· Support client engagements and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10–15 years of total IT experience, with strong delivery management experience.

· Proven track record as a
Delivery Lead (Java Application)
in the
banking domain
(wealth management preferred).

· Strong background in
Java/J2EE technologies
(hands-on understanding preferred).

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore).

· Prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
