You should be passionate about how technologies can be leveraged to generate growth and loyalty to create competitive advantage. Knowledge & experience working with MarTech solutions including Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud is required Social, Web Marketing, ecommerce and SEO experience also highly valued. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: **_ Core_** - . - Project execution and stakeholder engagement - Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks - Translates roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. - Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. - Ensures data & Insights are available to create actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. - Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment. - Understands Product roadmap risks, issues, and blockers actively assists with issue resolution. **_ Guardianship_** - Advocate and ensure adherence to McCain Global processes & solutions unless deviation is required for specific market conditions and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsors - Act as the guardian of the user experience to facilitate product adoption, onboarding and process efficiency. **_ Engagement_** - Establish and execute strong engagement with Global, regional and technical product and business leads - Develop partnership relationships with our strategic vendors to maximize the value from these engagements - Consult & partner with relevant Product Architect on solution, technology and security architecture domains. **_ Capability_** - Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are embedded with an appropriate network of support for user onboarding and capability. - Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability. **_ Data-driven Organization_** - Identify opportunities within the business to improve or provide data & insights to enhance decisions or facilitate agility. **_ Solution Acquisition_** - Assist with RFI/RFP process for selection of software provider and system integrators. - Assist in the development of contracts, professional service agreements and statements of work. - Responsible for the blueprint, realization, testing, training, go live and hyper care. **_ Releases/Upgrades & Evolution_** - Partner with the product architect to ensure release, upgrade, and development processes are in place to ensure the stability of the system and mínimal business disruption relating to technical change. - Partner with the product architect to ensure appropriate testing and technical support is in place for technical changes - Partner with the Product architect on the development of life cycle roadmaps for all products - Includes version alignment globally and timing of upgrades. - Ensure new functionality is communicated to the business. - Prepare for any "end of life" scenarios and work to develop replacement alternatives. **MEASURES OF SUCCESS**: - The Delivery Lead has a deep knowledge of the product, the market, and customers. - Has strong project management skills - Excellent Analytical, problem solving, prioritization and collaboration skills. - Strong Presentation & facilitations Skills **KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES**: - Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Science - Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated successful work experience in the food or manufacturing industry, with experience in Sales & Marketing) - Advanced knowledge and expertise in Salesforce CRM solutions, Marketing automation and project management solutions - A solid understanding of master data and its integration. - Experience in leading project teams preferably in a global environment. - Experience working within an agile project delivery framework - Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties. - Alignment with McCain core values - Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment with ambiguous conditions, dealing with both internal and external customers, including cross functional teams. - Key Competencies:_ - _ Drives Results, Collaboration, Customer focus_ **OTHER INFORMATION** - Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business need
