The Role
As the Segment Director, you will be accountable for Seequent’s mining market segment globally. This is a multi-faceted senior role where you are the company’s ambassador for mining to the industry. You will define the direction we take and act as the primary advocate and interface for the regions for market insights. You will hold commercial leadership accountability and collaborate across several functions including sales, product, marketing, and operations. li>Strategic Planning: Develop a 3-year business plan with target market personas, value propositions, product direction, and growth opportunities.Mining Market Analysis: Monitor market activities, mergers and acquisitions, and competitive behaviour. li>Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer focus by retaining strong connections with customers, supporting the regions with key accounts and relevant account plans.Performance Reporting: Report on financial and management portfolio performance, including sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.You will be joining a highly skilled, highly productive team of technical experts who are passionate about what we do. p>Inclusion + Diversity
