Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant TD Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada Hours: 15 per week (part‑time) Business line: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $23.37 – $31.20 CAD per hour Job Description TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks a performance‑driven, customer‑focused assistant to support specialists by managing credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and timely commitments while enabling specialists to concentrate on sales. Job Details Part‑time, minimum 15 hours per week Reports to the Manager, MMS Assistants Primarily remote – can work from home or a TD location Flexible scheduling in partnership with the assigned MMS and manager Key Accountabilities Customer Maximize credit‑administration support Maintain strong relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer issues are resolved or escalated appropriately Gather documentation post‑meeting and process credit applications Process workloads accurately and efficiently, supporting specialist timelines Support the customer journey through the deal process and respond to mortgage‑suite inquiries Shareholder Validate all supporting documentation to meet internal and regulatory standards Contribute to credit‑quality objectives and exceed individual targets Meet or exceed timeline commitments; process transactions accurately and on time Partner with administrative groups to facilitate end‑to‑end credit decisions Support sales goals and business objectives Apply bank policies and procedures and seek process‑improvement opportunities Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions as needed Adhere to Bank Code of Conduct and understand the full mortgage suite of products Employee / Team Actively participate as a team member, promoting service quality and teamwork Continuously enhance knowledge, support others, and participate in knowledge transfer Engage in performance management and personal/professional development Contribute to a positive, equitable environment supportive of diversity Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally Breadth & Depth Customer‑service skills for routine activities with limited financial impact Broad knowledge of product suite supported by the business Understand how duties relate to other teams and integrate accordingly Identify and address routine customer problems using standard procedures; escalate non‑standard issues Impact team results through quality of services or information provided Recommend process improvements within own work area Use communication skills to clarify product/process information with composure Work knowledge gained via formal training or experience; report to a manager or above Qualifications Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing or administrative role Mortgage/credit lending experience Superior computer and technology skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized, self‑starter, able to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent time management; meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from customers and partners High accuracy and attention to detail Strong customer‑service and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends Who We Are TD is one of the world’s leading financial institutions, the fifth largest bank in North America, serving over 27 million households and businesses.
