Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant — TD Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Hours: 15 per week (Part‑time) Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Base Salary: CAD 23.37 – 31.20 per hour Job Overview TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking performance‑driven individuals for the Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) role. The MMSA contributes to the team's success by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks, allowing Specialists to focus on sales. Key Responsibilities Maximize support in credit administration. Maintain good relationships with partners and provide timely support. Gather client documentation and process credit applications. Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently. Support the customer journey and respond to mortgage suite details. Ensure proper documentation and validation per internal processes. Meet or exceed individual targets and support business objectives. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions as required. Promote a collaborative, service‑oriented team culture. Qualifications Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing or administrative role. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of the full mortgage suite of products and services.
