Join our team of skilled professionals as a full-time IT Support and System Administrator in Toronto, Ontario. This role is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT Lead and other IT team members to support end users and oversee key systems administration.
  • Provide system administrator support for technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications using the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center.
  • Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and tech assets, and maintain accurate records of all equipment.
  • Offer helpdesk and general end-user support for Microsoft and user-related requirements, including onboarding and off-boarding procedures, OS, network, user equipment, and service-related issues.
  • Respond to queries via various channels and deliver exceptional client support across the company.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and MS Azure Cloud Services.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime and performance.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, including integration with other systems, SSO capabilities, and user connectivity and mobility.
  • Escalate complex issues to resolve them efficiently.
  • Contribute to new projects and solutions by working with the IT team and the business to deliver innovative solutions to the corporate environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements and best practices in IT administration through courses and certifications.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in a corporate Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory environment.
  • Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline, along with related IT and Microsoft certifications.
  • Professional experience with Azure Cloud Services.
  • Help desk experience and ability to provide remote technical and end-user support.
  • Experience working in both Windows and iOS environments.
  • A flexible, team-oriented personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and plan work independently.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, security tools, and DNS.
  • Experience with Microsoft endpoint protection.
  • PowerBI solution administration expertise.
