The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating initial set-ups for new physicians and support staff, organizing itineraries and travel arrangements, and providing required administrative support to Division Heads. Additionally, they will assist with transcription and reporting requirements, develop clinical/on-call schedules, and manage CIS MFM and CIS OBGYN.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to effectively convey factual information. They must also demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work schedules according to changing priorities and meeting demanding deadlines.

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Coordinate initial set-ups for new physicians and support staff
  • Organize itineraries and travel arrangements
  • Provide required administrative support to Division Heads
  • Assist with transcription and reporting requirements
  • Develop clinical/on-call schedules
  • Manage CIS MFM and CIS OBGYN

Required qualifications include a postsecondary degree or Office Administration Diploma from a recognized educational institution, minimum three years of recent and related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
