Board ResponsibilitiesThe Board of Directors meets four to six times a year and plays an integral role in the ownership, governance, and management of Hood and Dagger Productions Inc. (The primary role of the Board is to establish the strategic direction, develop policies by which the Organization will operate, and provide oversight and advice to the Committees and Officers of the Corporation.
Ensure regulatory compliance;Establish policy and process for managing risk;Establish policies with respect to the prudent and ethical operation of the Organization;Help in the recruitment of new Directors;Outreach and advocacy;These functions are discharged directly by the Board. p> Committees of the Board
