Commercial Administrator

is responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of project costs, budgets, and expenses. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations. Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information flow. Assist in the resolution of commercial disputes and issues. Monitor project progress and financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. 8+ years proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or related industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations is desirable.
