The Assistant must have strong technical skills in the areas of Office 365 particularly advanced excel skills. The Assistant actively contribute to the implementation of HRIS to support organizational growth and digital transformation, enabling province-wide employee self-service options for secure and accurate data capture. This role involves meticulous data entry, maintenance of HR analytics for decision-making, content updates on internal platforms, participation in job fairs and career events as required, and the development and communication of initiatives to support MNBC's goal of becoming an employer of choice. Additionally, they handle inquiries from staff, manage the People and Culture email inbox, maintain confidential personnel files, streamline documentation and forms, and utilize various communication channels for effective interaction.
